I write, take photos, put them up on this blog, and would like to think I make a decent job of doing it. Even though I know you’re not supposed to begin sentences with prepositions which I almost always do. You’ll see. I always look for new things to do, which is what I’m making a living out of now. It’s  a bonus that I get to work on kiddie stuff.

I started blogging in 2003, used to write about the boring things in life and what my angst-y self thought about it, hoping my parents can’t read them. But you know, parenthood came and my world had to change.

So nap time rocks. Because I found a new purpose which I could only shout out into the virtual world when *ssshhhh* she sleeps.

1. Dark

In an underground river tunnel in Puerto Princesa, Palawan, one of my best adventures with good friends

2. Glow

Also in Palawan, in Dimakya Island, Coron. Club Paradise is one of those places that you wish you could live in for the rest of your life, where the colors of the sunset can’t get any better and the glow of the moonlight any clearer.

3. Smile

My world and my joy.

4. Weather

What used to be my route to and from work. Thank goodness I don’t work 2 1/2 hours from home anymore —and that’s with heavy traffic. Without traffic? 20 minutes.

5. New

His mercies are new every morning. Great is Thy faithfulness.

6. Round

Because the world is round. A trip to the museum dedicated to the infamous Philippine dictator and statesman.

7. Tangle

A tangle of places and schedules which I wouldn’t mind being caught up in.

8. Up in the air

View from the top, flying over Palawan during one of those amazing trips in a small plane.

9. Patterns

A favorite family past time activity —though I suck at it.

10. Tomorrow

Without sunsets there will be no sunrise.
