(Click on the photos for a larger view. I hate that it’s pixelized here)

Just got home from Baguio City last Saturday for work. It was nice taking a pseudo-break from the city.

Even though I was there for 3 days and 2 nights of work, I didn’t miss taking advantage of the nice sceneries, the fresh air, and the good food. yum! :)

WOW Philippines says:
Brief Description

Baguio is the gateway to the wonders of Northern Luzon: the calm beaches of La Union; the fabled Hundred Islands of Pangasinan; the world famous Banaue Rice Terraces in Ifugao; the ancient churches, Spanish influenced houses, historical and cultural relics of Ilocos Sur and Ilocos Norte, the Kabayan of the tribes of Benguet, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Kalinga, Apayao, and Abra.

Climate

Baguio is 8 degrees cooler on any month on the average than any place in the lowlands. The temperature seldom exceeds 26° centigrade at its warmest, and the lowest reading was 6.3° centigrade, recorded in January 18, 1961.

You stayed at the Manor? I love that place! Even my husband enjoyed visiting Baguio. I think it’s to do with the temperate weather.

    Good photos!

yup, love the place :) sayang lang there was some error on the booking. one night lang ang na-reserve and the hotel was fully booked so they had to transfer us to a small country home, but inside John Hay din. it was actually beautiful :)
let me know if you’re visiting again i can refer you to the person who gives good rates there :)
    thanks joy!

My ultimate plan was to visit Baguio, laging ndi natutuloy. HS pa lang ako kapag may school jamboree or yung mga top notchers namin dyan sila pumupunta - kaso ndi ako kasali sa top ten namin eh, ka-asar.

    Beautiful. May fogs ba?
