i still can’t believe that they would put florsheim on such a bargain price. P100? ayos talaga. and i’ve only bought Chicco once, at hindi naman leather and it really didn’t last long since ang bilis lumaki ng paa ni Mia. that’s why i’m hesitant to buy expensive shoes too.

In Market! Market! Global City, they always have stuff at 30-50% at Kids of Bayo, Orange Juice, Big & Small, Oshkosh, Gingersnaps (sometimes, though still expensive), Gibi Store (where they have Florsheim shoes for kids) and inside the department store, they usually have a few styles on sale.

The uber sale I got before from the department store were boys’ rubber shoes and white leather shoes for P100 each! I got 10 pairs in an instant! lol People thought I was rich for buying 10 Florsheims in one go (thinking they cost around P800 up). hehehe

Another tip, most Chicco shoes on sale crack or peel off easily, so buy the regular-priced ones if you must.

really, and where are these year-round sales? kasi it’s rare that i chance on a sale at rustans. ok nga sana yun to get it at a lesser price. for the rest of Mia’s stuff naman, i always buy during sale either at SM or robinsons. same as the adult stuff, talagang yung shoes ang pinagiinvestan ko talaga. like you said, matagal kasi nagagamit at hindi masakit sa paa.

Welcome to the world of kid shopping! I personally enjoy getting cute and pink stuff for my kid. Mostly, things I never got to wear when I was her age (since it wasn’t the fad then, hehe).

My sister got the same Florsheim shoes for my niece. They are worth the investment because they last for a really long time. Or at least until the shoe fits, as kids’ feet grow amazingly fast these days.

One tip though, never buy expensive brands at regular price. They always have kids stuff on sale, year-round. Before, I even got Florsheim rubber shoes for P200! Great deal, huh.
