summer lovin’ [photoblogging]
it’s undeniable. you just can’t ignore it. it’s screaming out loud.
it’s. SUMMER.

(photo: iris; unsuspecting model: anne; loc: batanggas)
and i’m loving it. even if it means sweltering, humid, sweat-on-your-forehead-even-of-you-sit-still kind of temperatures. because it’s an excuse to go to the beach!

my family and i went to matabungkay, batangas to enjoy the sun, sand, and water.

mia and i enjoyed the 2 perfect days in matabungkay, batangas. i loved the getaway from the city and work, and she loved the water, which was a pleasant surprise for me since she didn’t exactly like it when we were in subic.

and she loves the beach too. shells and pebbles had no escape from my little beach comber.
i, on the other hand, enjoyed the swim. until this dude came by.

it wasn’t big or lethal, but my dad says it’s itchy as hell if it touches you. anyway, it went away after a while, but not before it brought another one near the raft.
nevertheless, i enjoyed the trip. the beach in matabungkay may be crowded but it’s only concentrated in one part and it’s pretty far from where we stayed. if you go there, go further down the beach (opposite end of matabungkay beach club) where the floating rafts are fewer, and the shallow waters are still teeming with living things.
there are other activities to enjoy there too, like jet skiing, renting out the banana boat, flying fish, or the paddle boat.
or, you can just sit on the raft, and toast yourself to perfection.
whatever it is, it’s just so much enjoyable with family around.

Jelly fishing like spongebob, minus the sting! haha! sarap ng outing… pero nakakatakot yung sting nyang mga jellyfish na yan, KJ yang mga yan eh, kung kelan ka nag-eenjoy, saka sila susulpot para mang-asar. You should get that jellyfish repellant from godiva, para walang sting, there’s also a kids version para kay mia. I sound like a beauty guru… hala hanggang dito na lang muna… hahaha!

tama ka don, mix. kung kelan ang saya saya ko dahil nakawala ako kay mia para makapag-swim, saka naman nagkaron ng jellyfish! labo.
nagulat nga ako sa mga tips mo
ok lang yan, as long as secure ka sa pagkalalaki mo, there’s nothing wrong about being a little vain *wink*.

hi ris, miss na rin namin ang batangas! yung jellyfish na yan nakita rin namin sa anilao, hindi daw masyado ang sting nyan and my husband knows kasi it got to him. namula for a few minutes tapos yun lang… pero ang ganda ng color nya di ba?
