What’s with personality tests that we just can’t help but answer? It’s not like you don’t know yourself enough. With or without Santa, it’s still fun knowing which stereotype we fit in. With so much types of interests and personalities out there, it’s just nice to know how different or alike you are with the rest of the population.

It’s actually an ingenious (and cost efficient, mind you) way of testing job applicants without the hassle of asking them to go to your office. Well, for one employer that I encountered, that is. It was weird though, when they asked me to complete an online test (IQ and EQ) through a known quiz site. I thought these tests were just for fun or personal reference. Apparently the company was using it because the office was somewhere in the south (which is quite far for driving or commuting). And guess what, I passed! hehe.

I just didn’t push through with the video conference interview The interviewer was in the US and I needed to be at the Makati office by 5AM. No, thank you.
