Bohol Rocks

Posted in Ready jetset go!, What's it like to be me on Oct 05, 2007

i should’ve blogged about a lot of stuff even before i left for bohol but was too busy. anyway. i was on my way to work commuting one time and the bus i rode on had a movie on board. guess what, it wasn’t some cheesy B-movie. it was CON AIR. classic.

i’ve always loved nicolas cage since con air, but lately he hasn’t played ’substantial’ enough roles, like in NEXT or that movie he was a skeleton in (i really did forget the title, honest). anyway, talk about a classic action movie of the 90s. i didn’t get to finish the movie but i’ll be looking for a dvd copy of that one. and FACE/OFF.

nooninoo. just had lunch at persiana today. ok kebabs. mas ok pa din sa mr. kebab.

bohol rocked. same with my friend kookie’s sentiment, when we got to Alona beach in Panglao, it was just a tad bit disappointing that the beach wasn’t as sparkling, the water as blue, or the view as breathtaking. maybe because we already had a point of comparison.

but then again, we were all just tired and some of us just came off 24-hour marathons of all work and no sleep. the first day was all for rest. but not to let the day go by without beach lounging,

the 2nd day sure proved us wrong about bohol. the dolphins did not disappoint us, as well as the weather just perfect for snorkeling. the beaches of pamilacan and the virgin island are the best.

uy alam mo, i liked nick sa family man. :)

as for bohol, i was a regular visitor of bohol for three consecutive summers. ewan ko ba but i loved that island (for me, better than boracay, actually!). did you go to balicasag island, great dive site! pero talo mo ko, i’ve never seen kahit isang dolphin during my trips ever, hehe.

nope i don’t think we did. sa pamilacan lang kami pumunta eh. sobrang bitin kasi yung bakasyon namin. pero ok lang, nasulit naman yung 4 days. hehe. sobrang sarap mag-snorkel! nawala ang takot ko sa dagat. ipapa-post ko nga sa youtube yung dolphins na nakita namin para naman sa video, makita mo man lang sila. hehehe!
